Your virtual visit to Just Ximena means the world to us. If you have an issue with your product, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. 

Quick note: For sanitary reasons, we can't accept returns for makeup, but we're more than happy to send you a replacement if needed. All we need is a photo of your defective product. No need to return it back to us!
